For purchases a retaining fee of £600 plus VAT will be required for a 20 week contractual period.
For rental properties a fee of £300 plus VAT for a 8 week period.
These will be deducted from the final fee once we have successfully secured a purchase/rental agreement.
1.5% plus VAT of the purchase price, or 20% plus VAT of the saving we negotiate between the asking price and the final purchase price, whichever is greater. We charge a minimum of £3500 in success fee.
4 weeks rent (or a minimum of £1500) plus VAT.

A one-day chauffeured area orientation is charged at £350 plus VAT. We will provide a guide to properties available in your chosen areas and introduction to the local amenities. Each additional day is charged at £250 plus VAT.
